At dulu, our restaurant on the first floor of Doctor Sax House, our culinary program led by our Executive Chef, Jason Carpenter, is a love letter to flavor, seasonality, and spirited gatherings. Rooted in a Modern American–Persian point of view, we celebrate the vibrant ingredients of the Berkshires through dishes that are intentional, shareable, and just a little unexpected. It’s a lively, welcoming place meant to be enjoyed – where the energy is high, the cocktails flow, and every meal feels like a celebration.
